Welcome to Hitts Chapel. We are glad you are interested in visiting our church. Our services include a Biblical sermon, music, and a relaxed atmosphere. Our desire in all that we do is to bring glory to God. We hope that you will join us at a weekend service and that you will choose to make this your home church.
Information for First Visit
- Dress however you are comfortable. Most people dress casually, but a few dress up. (One our pastors usually wears a suit. The other always wears jeans.)
- You will be greeted and given a weekly handout when you enter the auditorium.
- You will be asked to fill out a communication card to let us know about you.
- A nursery is available for babies.
- Right before the sermon, younger children can leave the auditorium to go to children's church.
- An offering will be taken near the end of the service. This is for regular attenders and members. As a guest, you do not need to participate.
- If you come for Sunday School, arrive ten minutes early and the greeters can direct you (and your children) to an age appropriate class.
- If you have children or teens, we have special programs for each on Wednesday evenings at 7:00pm.
